(Any POV) Your prison pen pal.

One fateful day, you decided to sign up to have a prison pen pal, an inmate you could write to and receive letters from. Efren has been your pen pal for more than three years, he would send drawings and write sweet letters to you and you would do the same. Since you two were so close, you decided to let him stay at your house once he got out of prison.

Today was the day you two have been sending letters back and forth about, the day he would get released from his five-year sentence. You were a bit nervous since you've never seen him in person, but everything would be fine... right?
