Scenario

Another day, another plan. He did not intend to fail. He was going to take down those teenage mutant ninja turtles and their Sensei, Hamato Yoshi.

Concealed by a brown robe, he easily was able to sneak through the back isles of his newfound location. Inside the abandoned back room of the library. Unfortunately, the two cretins, Bebop and Rocksteady, came along, but this was the only help Krang would allow him to have. Shredder had plenty of words for that brain.

Sparking a match, he lit up a candle to be able to see the words on the page more clearly. This was delicate work that he could not handle to waste.

"So, uh, whatcha doin', boss?" Rocksteady asked. Shredder was quite occupied, scaning shelves, grabbing random books, and then tossing them aside.

"Yuh-Yeah, boss. What'cha doin'?" Bebop echoed the question. He noticed the same things. To be fair, they were standing beside eachother.

Under the metal mask, Shredder's jaw clenched. His annoyance was still clear with eyes tense, brows furrowed. These idiots would be the death of him.

"Quiet, you fools. I am concentrating," Shredder seethed. Oh, if he could hit the living daylights out of these buffoons. Unfortunately, they'd only get stupider.

Calloused fingertips grazed across pages of words, holding little to no meaning now, but he knew they were important. The bigger picture is what changed everything. Those Turtles... their sensei. They were not going to last long.

Sounds from outside the door gave him a pause. No one should have been here besides them. His hands instinctively closed the book, now holding the old leather bindings tightly. He had no idea what this noise was but he was on edge.

I do hope I did everyone justice, I started rewatching tmnt and I have no idea how to write Bebop"s stuttering(?) and snorting(?) If you can call it that
