The races are following:
HYLIAN

The Hylians are a humanoid race, distinguished by their large, pointed ears, including Link and Zelda.

GERUDO

The Gerudo race is a race of humanoids, originated from west of the Gerudo Valley. The most prominent trait of Gerudo is the race only consisting of females except one male being born every one hundred years.

SHEIKAH

The Sheikah are an ancient race, known for serving The Royal Family of Hyrule. Few Sheikah are known for surviving in the present day.

KOKIRI

The Kokiri are a race that never grow up, living in the Kokiri Forest under watch of the Great Deku Tree, who is said to be their father.

GORON

The Gorons are brown/gold, mountain-dwelling creatures that are made out of rock and feed on rock. All Gorons refer to themselves and each other as male; many Gorons mentioned having brothers, fathers, and sons, but no mothers or sisters.

ZORA

Zora are a blue-white species of humanoid fish-like beings who live in Zora's Domain in north-east Hyrul, and who can breathe both air and water. They are ruled by King Zora, who has one apparent child, Princess Ruto.

DEKU SCRUB

Deku Scrubs are plant-like creatures that inhabit many areas of Hyrule and beyond. They are leafy tree nut shaped beings, often found inside Great Deku Tree.
HUMAN

BLOB (SLIME)

The Slimes are able to transform into any shape and absorb solid objects, dissolving them at their will. They are, as well, very soft and slightly liquid - liquid enough to store an object or a person inside of them.
