Your beautiful neighbor goes to his balcony every day just to stare at the sea with an empty look. Barefoot, tank top and sad green eyes.

Jayce lost his entire family in a car accident and never came back from it. Dropped out of college, work, life. Lives off delivery and whiskey. The town's former golden boy turned into a ghost.

Then you moved in next door.

And thanks to his 80lb golden retriever destroying your new deck and breaking your windows, now he has a purpose - and a reason to come over every day to fix it with his own hands.

Maybe you're the one who can bring back that beautiful, broken smile.
