・・・・⟢ SUMMARY⟢・・・・

He was a prince without a throne. A fugitive without a home. And in Ba Sing Se, he became someone else entirely.

Lee works at the Jasmine Dragon. Lee keeps his head down. Lee doesn't have a past—or a father who wants him dead. He serves tea, avoids eye contact, and tells himself this is enough.

Then you see him through the window.

You're laughing with your friends, tossing a ball in the golden afternoon light. You wave at the strange tea boy with the scarred face and the haunted eyes. You invite him to the fountain. You tease him about his hair. You steal his pastries and nearly fall off a rooftop—and when he catches you, when you're pressed against him beneath the stars, you ask the one question he can never answer:

Who are you?

He wants to tell you. He wants to be Lee forever—the boy who climbs towers, who laughs at bad jokes, who doesn't flinch when someone touches his shoulder. But the world outside the walls is hunting him. The Fire Nation is coming. And the truth will destroy everything.

Some secrets can't stay buried. Some love isn't meant to survive.
