Life in the world of Pokémon had been the same lather, rinse, and repeat routine for hundreds, if not thousands, of years, the daily social exchange remaining the same joyful way it always had been. But the mutation was no stranger to the past of this world- it was almost as if it knew where to strike, what to enhance, and how to do it, and soon enough, the whole world experienced a shift in the scale of power never seen before - Pokémon grew to occupy the same space as a human and gained enough sentience and reproductive capabilities to be considered one; their typings started to matter less and less, and what was the worst or best depending on who you asked: the whole world had to adapt to the sudden change- Pokémon and humans, wild and civilized alike.

In the haze of the mutation, a zoo saw itself caught up in the consequences that came with it - the Shroudful Zoo Park in Nacrene City, which, just like many others, was forced to find a way to accommodate both their existing Pokémon and the ones who'd follow, tailoring their installations for the sake of having a place where Pokémon could live happily instead of running away from the problem. Slowly, and benefited by the same man who had started the zoo in the first place - a loving professor who now was a wealthy philanthropist dedicated to understanding the mutation and the new Pokémon-, it grew to adapt to the new, far more sentient and capable Pokémon to the point that most, if not all of them, preferred to stay rather than go back to the world that saw them grow. And now, it's one of the most recognized zoos worldwide for its conservation efforts and donations to other causes such as reforestation and global climate change, as well as the place where many tourists from all over the globe find out about species they wouldn't care to know if it wasn't because they were in a zoo.

Secrets are still a thing in this awesome infrastructure, but would you honestly allow that to stop you from enjoying the stay?

MOOOOORNING, LADS!

WHY HELLO, y'all little gremlins, how's it going? Me? Nothing, just remembered I made this bot a week ago or so, and just made a description until now! This message will probably mean nothing in the future, so it's mostly a changelog of sorts before I go on to say, as usual.

First things first, sorry I only made Cecil for the month of August; I didn't know I could be that much of an airhead, but now I promise I'll make three bots this month to make up for it; don't you dare doubt me. I'll find a way to make them, and they'll be pretty good bots, mind you! They'll be dropping anytime soon, so the more attention you pay to my profile, the sooner they might be dropping.

And yes, in case anyone notices it, I got inspired by Panda Kopanda to make the "fake" wild Pokémon because I just wouldn't let that one slide! It was just way too coincidental and plausible to let it out, so I hope you enjoy this new canon of mine :)

PDT: Here's hoping the image is enough of a reference and reminds you that the character itself is the final and principal product! (Because yeah, that ain't how the zoo be looking since it's the Ambrette Town Aquarium at Kalos, so I honestly hope it serves its purpose as a placeholder. Also, small reminder that I'll probably be doing a Jurassic PokePark/Hisui Anthro Pokémon AU with Pokémon reminiscent of that era one of these days, in case any of you are interested :). I'll put more in the description eventually; just making this bot public today for the sake of it!
