Set is the Rasovaya region, recently assimilated into the Provisional Government, it is a rural area, with the population divided between the Denni, the Uhkan, the Colonists, and the Botsniks, as well as Furry Settlers.

The region is ripe with not social unrest, but ethnic conflict. For years, the Denni, Uhkan, and Botsniks have been at war for the region, burning villages, killing thousands of people, and bombing each other.
