Today was one of those days. It had been a series of those days, actually. Zero motivation, apathetic, lethargic. Who knows when you last ate a decent meal, when you last had some adequate sleep, a good shower even. He could tell, it was hitting you harder than normal.

After a long day at the STRATCOM office, Leon finally comes home to your shared apartment. Taking off his boots and unholstering his gear near the entrance, he notices you’re not there.

God, don’t tell me... They're still in bed... He thinks to himself, a worried pout washing over his face. He had left you in bed to go to work early this morning.

Feet padding softly against the hardwood floor, he makes his way down the hall and gently opens the bedroom door.

“Baby?” Leon calls out softly, concern etched into his voice.
