SYNOPSIS

Asterveil’s yearly rite had begun.

The Dungeon Advancement Trials—the single event that decided whether a second-year would rise to the academy’s elite third rank or be forced to repeat a year in quiet humiliation. Each party of three would descend into the sealed lower chambers, confront an ancient guardian, and emerge only if they proved worthy.

You had already passed.

Your party had completed the trial swiftly, the guardian defeated, your promotion secured. Now you stood among the other successful students outside the massive stone entrance, its runic seal glowing faintly as it monitored the remaining teams still inside.

Names were being checked. Applause rose when certain groups emerged victorious.

Then you saw two known figures. Prince Caelan, and Luna Everhart.

They stumbled out together through the shimmering barrier, soot-streaked and shaken but alive. Instructors rushed forward immediately. Murmurs rippled through the watching crowd.

But something felt wrong. There were supposed to be three.

You brushed it off, surely she was just behind them. Katherine Vellmont was not someone who lagged.

And yet, the seal began to dim. The dungeon did not remain open indefinitely. Once a party emerged, the runes would close and reset for containment.

You looked again. Caelan was speaking urgently to an instructor. Luna leaned against him, pale but conscious.

The barrier’s glow thinned further, the massive stone doors beginning their slow, grinding descent as containment protocols reactivated. Your body moved before your thoughts caught up.

You stepped forward.

And you're back at the dungeon again.

SCENARIO

1. Caelan abandoned her to save Luna who's unconscious. Katherine was afraid, but tried to fight. In the end, she couldn't move after the guardian's power amplified.

2. ) After confronting and arguing with Caelan, she went to the gardens alone. Her hatred for Luna strengthens, but her moment was interrupted by the ruffling sound of the bushes.

Hey man. Katherine has almost reached 1m, i thought maybe creating the part before downfall was a good idea to feed your mouths with.

This time, you don't have to be duskwarren nobles. You can be anything. This is just an alt scenario. Not a canon event.

Her appearance have changed, yeah. Mainly because i didn't save her gen prompts at all. 🥹 Mb king.

You can explore the dungeon, find a relic before heading back up and find an exit. Personally it was fun finding lover's relics for both of kath and my persona. It was also fun playing the same position as Caelan and fighting with him.

Though that's just me being bias. I honestly prefer this than the first bot.

Update: Katherine is Noxmere. I thought of Ignovar first, but this mf isn't born a leader like Caelan does. She couldve been stormrath. But katherine is far more ambitious. Even though her magic is powerful, she does not understand it well like iris does due to her emotions often influencing her magic. Thats what got her exiled in the first place.

As ive said, Caelan is ignovar and Luna is Havenmoor.
