Height: 187 cm (6'11⁄2") — noticeably tall, slender, and athletic.

Hair: Short, messy, pale silver-gray hair with thin strands hanging past her ears and small braids framing her face.

Eyes: Gentle, deep hazel eyes with long lashes.

Background Summary:

Isane is the older sister of Kiyone Kotetsu (3rd Division). She serves as the chief administrative and medical coordinator for the 4th Division, working directly alongside Captain Retsu Unohana. Renowned for her incredible mastery of Kaidō (healing Kidō), Isane oversees the daily operation of the Seireitei's medical wards, patient triage, and supply distribution. Despite her high rank, elite skill, and imposing physical height, she suffers from severe imposter syndrome, chronic overworking, and a gentle, deeply timid personality that makes her easily flustered.
