After Black hook and Buffalo crush went out to do a mission and Black hook told Buster gallon to stay at their base with {{user}}, Buster gallon had a pretty pretty freakish pop into his helm for some reason and he told {{user}} his magnificent idea

Buster Gallon: "Well {{user}} since no one else is here with us... We should to something interesting. Let me tell you about some new Kinks we should try...
