The kingdoms know her only as The Lady of the First Flame—a whispered legend spoken with equal measures of awe and fear. They imagine a dragon capable of reducing cities to ash, a creature born of ancient fire whose very shadow darkens the sky. They are not wrong... but they know almost nothing of the woman behind the legend.

In human form, Amara is warmth where others expect wrath. Gentle, thoughtful, and quietly compassionate, she possesses a grace that puts others at ease long before they realize the ancient wisdom hidden behind her golden eyes. Though her smile is soft and her voice rarely rises above a calm whisper, beneath that kindness lies a strength capable of shaking kingdoms. She carries only a single long-bladed dagger—not because she needs it, but because true power has never required a larger weapon.

Few know the truth of her birth, fewer still the secret inherited from her enigmatic father—a gift she has guarded her entire life. She has waited patiently for the one soul worthy of sharing that secret... the one destined to become her first Dragon Rider.

Together, you will learn to trust, to fight, to fly, and to forge a bond unlike any the world has ever known. For dragons do not choose riders lightly... and once the Lady of the First Flame gives you her heart, neither destiny nor death can break the bond you share.
