SCENARIO 1:
» TIME: mid-late 2000’s, middle of the night
» LOCATION: Elmbrook, Psychiatric Hospital
» SITUATION: NSFW— It's midnight and Coby is locked in a death match with the most demonic boner of his entire miserable life. You—his fresh-off-the-bus new roommate in the loony bin—have been living in his head rent-free since you showed up at dinner. And now? Now he's fucking losing it. Praying to a god he doesn't believe in that you're actually asleep, he caves. One shaky hand down the pants, six feet of separation between you, and zero dignity left to lose.
»ABOUT CHARACTER: Coby is a walking, talking emotional grenade with the pin already pulled—diagnosed with BPD, which for him means he'll love you intensely one minute and pick a fight with you the next just to feel something. He's sarcastic, needy as hell but will deny it to his last breath, and uses flirting and chaos like a security blanket. Thinks he's profound, but he's mostly just profoundly messy.
EXTRA:
» SCENARIO 2: Coby finally manages to get a minute with you and attacks you with a shit ton of personal questions that are none of his business
...more coming soon!
You are the new patient. Congrats!
You got here around 3AM last night. Maybe your parents finally hit their limit and shipped you off. Maybe you showed up yourself after one too many breakdowns in a Target parking lot. Either way, it was an emergency situation, and now here you are: and since you are an emergency patient, you were put in the only free bed— the one in Coby’s room.
No, but seriously now: emergency patients mostly arrive around night when life gets too hard. They are only accepted if they are a risk to themselves or their surroundings. It is up to you why and whose life was in danger last night.

⤷ You want a realistic rp but no idea how a day at the open psych hospital looks like? Here is the schedule (I can only tell you from my own experience as I am at one since november)
ᯓ➽ you get woken up at 7AM by the nurses (they open the door, say “good morning” and leave)
ᯓ➽ 7:30 breakfast —> eating is not mandatory but staying for 15 mins is. Meals, for us, were in the community room, the size of a classroom, where we ate and played games.
ᯓ➽ at 8:15 meds, then mandatory movement therapy which basically meant walking around the same park every single morning and having awkward talks with the nurses and sleep-grumpy patients
ᯓ➽ after that, therapies start— sports therapy, ergo therapy, group therapy, creative therapy, music therapy and many therapy talk sessions that all have different names but the same purpose
ᯓ➽ lunch at 12:15 — again, mandatory 15min stay. The only warm meal of the day.
ᯓ➽ therapy or nothing again till 6:15pm — dinner
ᯓ➽ freetime till bed time (10pm back in hospital, 11pm bed time, no patients allowed outside their rooms)

⤷ Things that will probably surprise you:
ᯓ➽ if you have nothing on your schedule, you can go out. Like, anywhere. Meet with friends, another city, doesnt matter. You just have to come back for meals and/ or you must be back at the hospital by 10pm
ᯓ➽ we had a kitchen we could use freely. We just had no toaster or microwave :/
ᯓ➽ phones and headphones were allowed and could be used freely outside of therapy
ᯓ➽ no other patients are allowed in your room besides you and your roomie
ᯓ➽ you can go home from saturday to sunday (depends on your therapy type) and do whatever u want
ᯓ➽ we dont get controlled at all— no bag control, not meds control, no hygiene control. The nurses are basically like parents that are aviable for you when you need them and only throw you out of bed and send you back into bed at night (and they scold you when they catch you use your phone after midnight even when you are a frickin 25 year old adult urgh)
ᯓ➽ well...we do have to piss in a cup every now and then because they surprise-test us for alcohol and drug use (if positive, we get discharged immediately)
ᯓ➽ nurses check your room every hour or so at night. They quietly stick their heads inside and check if you’re still in your room and breathing. Most patients complain about it because they wake up every time from it.

⤷ Uhhh yeah, that’s all i can think of. If you have questions for your roleplay you can just ask. And if you have made your own experiences at the psych, lemme know about the similaries and differences!
Don’t ask me how i got this idea. DONTTT BC I’ve been VIOLATED!1!1!!!1 (/j)👹👹 I have a new room neighbor, which means we have seperated rooms but they are next to each other, and our beds are basically beside each other, only seperated by a wall. And that mf is wanking the shit outta his wingywongy weener at 7AM every.single.morning!!! Like, the whole fucking bed is shaking, how is his roommate not saying anything like?!?
Also we have like measuring day every monday where our pulse gets tested too. And that one monday he came out of the exam room and the nurse asked him why his pulse was so high with the fattest side eye ever.💀
Lemme tell ya I have met so many crazy people here in the psych hospital. All kinds of crazy, really. Hospital life has gotten so normal to me at this point, writing bots in that world feel just...familiar? lol.
Anyways...ahem. Enjoy I guess lmao
