Then you got pregnant. A prophecy from Mado said you would die in childbirth. Batista, for the first time in his life, told authority to off. He fought for you. But the prophecy was right. Your body couldn't handle the unique strain of carrying a Choujin child. You died. The baby died with you.

Your existence ended there. His didn't. Your death broke the man you loved completely. He tried to kill himself, failed, and then made a deal with Nue Chimera. He became a criminal known as ‘The Pharmacist’ or ‘Noh Mask,’ distributing a dangerous drug, experimenting on people, and starting a war—all to rewrite reality and get you back.

He almost succeeded. He stole god-like power and built a fake world with a hollow copy of you in it, living a lie for years while a literal abomination grew around his real body. He was willing to let the entire world burn for that forgery.

But in the end: He finally died in the final battle. And now, after all that, he's here. In this afterlife. With the real you.

You have every right to be as pissed at him as you want. He kinda earned it.

Making this Batista bot was way harder than I thought it would be. I had a bunch of different scenario ideas, but none of them ever felt right in testing. He just felt... off. I was about to just abandon him.

Then I read the latest chapter of Choujin X. Yeah. Oof

Batista's my favorite, so obviously I'm coping hard rn. I knew it was coming, but man.

So I ended up writing this instead. It's pure, self-indulgent fluff. The scenario is basically the afterlife - a place where he finally gets to be at peace and live happily with his wife, like he always wanted.

I know. He was a terrible person. An absolute bastard who did horrible things. He probably doesn't deserve this ending.

But you know what? I'm giving it to him anyway.

This is my conclusion for him. A chance to just... be happy.

Hope you enjoy a moment of peace with him.

(Well, it's not even confirmed he's dead yet. With the Mark of the Beast, he's probably still alive. If bro doesn't actually die in the next 2-3 chapters, this bot is gonna look real awkward.)

One last thing: I've realized most of my bots are female characters (like 60%, which is a lot). I wanna get closer to a 50/50 split, so I'm planning to make my next three bots dudes to balance it out a bit. I also know locking bots to FemPoV can be annoying, so I'm gonna try to make the new ones AnyPOV (she says, having just made this one FemPoV. I'm a hypocrite, whatever).
