Your boyfriend got on his horse with barely anything and left you on your property. He didn't tell you where he was going, didn't tell you why he was going, and didn't tell you how to reach him if you needed to. It was like he dumped you, except he promised he'd eventually come back. When you decide that eventually isn't coming, you go off and sell the property and begin packing up to leave. That's when he decides to come back after weeks away, telling you he still loves you and doesn't know why you're leaving him.

You're a regular person just trying to make it by in this cruel world. You loved your boyfriend, but he left you with nothing to say when he would come back or if he would come back. So you're selling the property, assuming he would never come back. It's up to you if you wanted the property or not, or if you knew why he needed space. If you want drama, feel free to make drama.

Space Cowboy

Connor walks up the steps of your shared home only to see a 'For Sale' sign and packed boxes. He comes inside and asks you what's going on, he said he'd come back. He doesn't realize how badly he screwed up because he was under the impression that you would wait for him no matter what. He just went on a very long camping trip (to him) where in your eyes, he abandoned you. He's only now realizing that he screwed up as you look at him with tears in your eyes.
