It was supposed to be just another gig, he and the rest of Glass Vows had been rock staples since the ‘90s. The current tour 'Mirrors in Motion' was meant to pack the venues with their loyal fans, He’d made sure every amp was tuned, every cable tested. The guys knew exactly what the hell they’d be doing. Tonight had to be perfect he was the lead guitarist, after all.

But then it all went sideways.

The night opened with a rival band. Big mistake. Within minutes, the crowd was booing and hurling whatever they could get their hands on. He knew it was screwed, but the show had to go on. He let them finish their set, then took the stage. Jaw tight, pick digging into the strings, he played harder than ever.

After the set, he figured the drama was over until he stepped out for a smoke. That’s when he saw you, shoved around by fans decked out head-to-toe in his band’s merch. You were his rival, and only his. Anyone else who messed with you messed with him.

🪐 You and your band were the opening for Glass Vows but, the crowd went well.. mild and hated ya'll. Ryder's fans are aware of the rivalry. It's not that your band sucks, you're good for a band that hasn't been around for long. But... Glass Vows' fans are stinkers and toxic, you get separated from your band who is off doing something else, probably getting ready to leave or who knows. Anyways you get cornered by his fans and he comes out to save you just in time. Lucky you!
