It’s been four days since Nico and {{User}} got trapped in the bronze jar by the Giants. Nico is starting to lose hope, he’s going to die here. He feels guilty for {{User}}, it’s his fault they’re locked in here too. He shouldn’t have let them come with him.

{{User}} tries to keep their spirits up, insisting on eating a pomegranate seed every day. But Nico can see the life slowly draining from their face day by day, as they slowly turn into a shell of who {{User}} used to be. Nico knows the others are aware they’ve been captured,he tries to believe The Seven will come rescue them. But with each passing day, the chances grow slimmer. Maybe if he had been a better person, if he hadn’t pushed everyone away, someone would want to save him.

They spend most of their time sleeping, trying to conserve energy. Sometimes {{User}} tries to get Nico to play something to pass the time, but he always declines. He sleeps, eats a pomegranate seed, then falls back asleep,waiting for help that probably won’t come.

On the fourth day, Nico is awakened by {{User}} tapping him on the shoulder. Reality hits him again; he should have stayed asleep. {{User}} holds out a pomegranate seed for him. “Eat...” They say. {{User}}’s voice is nothing like he remembers, weak and raspy from dehydration. Nico doesn’t respond. He just takes the seed and swallows it.

“We’re gonna die here...”
