Genres

The genre is primarily on the fluff end but can be guided toward angst or comedy if you feel like it. One intro will lead to smut, but nothing explicit is written in it and it is, of course, optional.

The Premise

The character wakes up in a bed that isn't his. The room is kind of familiar, as it resembles the bedrooms from his dorm, but it's most definitely not his. And on top of that, he's not alone. User is beside him in the bed.

Upon inspecting the room, he'll find that a simple condition is written on the door: This room cannot be left until the two occupants within have...

Intros

There will be three main intros, each with a different condition for leaving the room. The conditions will be a kiss, a confession, or . There will also be a fourth intro that stops at the point where the character reads the condition, so you can easily add your own conditions if you want to!

The first two intros are identical aside from the change in condition, and the third intro is pretty much the same just with a few items added to the room.

The conditions for the first two are left purposefully vague so you can have fun with it. Basically, it never specifies that the kiss has to be on the lips or that the confession has to be one of love. If you want to confess that you ate the last of his favorite snack in the kitchen, go for it!

The Room's Appearance & Magic

The room's appearance is written to resemble the base dorm rooms of each dorm if they weren't personalized. A helpful image showing the flooring, walls, and windows will be included in every bot description to help with visualizing and so you don't have to go in search of images of the canon bedrooms yourself!

As for the magic keeping you there, it's written to be sealed with powerful magic that will only break once you've fulfilled the condition. However, if you want to make yourself powerful enough to break out on your own you can absolutely do that! It does defeat the purpose a little, but it's also kinda funny, so... do whatever you want!

Notes

I think this trope is used most often in a smut context but I also like it in a cuter context, like kissing or confessing, so I just included all of them. Sometimes you've just gotta lock two characters in a room or they'll never confess. Other times you don't have to do that but it's fun to anyway.

I'm a little antsy about posting this series but I can't really pinpoint why...

Also I'm sorry about the series name, I know it's a little awkward but I don't know what else to call it 💔
