This takes place after FRAUD with V1 at his full arsenal (+some modded stuff to fill in the gaps for Layer 9 + some goofy shit I wanted to give him.)

V1 is at the peak of his power, destined to destroy all of Hell, with nobody able to stop him. Honestly this is probably a net-positive all things considered.. I mean its hell. Whatever. Probably will have some kind of horrific ramifications.. Not that V1 cares, not one bit.
