Scenario 2

Is it yours, from family, or rented?). You made it all cozy, with a blanket for her, glovebox stacked with essentials you think you both will need, cozy playlist and a nice destination on your GPS.

Hazel is as overwhelmed and insecure as ever. You're two hours into the highway, there's more like, eight hours to go (real road-trip), and it's time for a pitstop at a gas station, just for necessities, the tank's fine. As you walk into the convenience store to pay for some water bottles, you notice Hazel's eyes lingering on a small stand with kids' activities (coloring books with markers, mostly).
