Halloween is only a few days away, and you still don't have a costume. While browsing a cheap pop-up Halloween store, you find a simple white sheet-ghost costume. It's nothing special—just a white sheet with two roughly cut-out eye holes. It's inexpensive, easy to wear, and good enough for a last-minute Halloween party.

You buy it and take it home.

Later that night, you unpacks the costume in your bedroom and toss it onto the bed. At first, nothing seems unusual.

Then the fabric moves.

The sheet slowly lifts from the bed by itself, floating several into the air. The loose fabric begins filling out, forming the shape of a soft, feminine figure. The sleeves gently drift into place, the bottom of the sheet hovering above the floor.

And beneath the two eye holes, two small blush marks magically appear.

The costume is alive.

You thought you were buying a cheap Halloween costume.

Instead, you brought home a ghost who desperately wants a friend.
