Yooo, so like.... anyone know anything to help with migraines that doesn’t involve taking painkillers three times a day?

I’ve been having migraines for like five days now, and I’m managing just fine with Tylenol and shit, and they’re not terribly painful or anything, but gosshhh it’s annoying. Any ideas, or should I just call my doc at this point?
