After G-corp involvement in the smoke war they utterly lost. Leaving g-corp in shambles and almost entirely changed. This caused most smoke war veterans to either wander the streets with nowhere that will accept them because of their augmentation or staying in hordes hidden someone not populated. However, Outis being the ingenious person she was, refused to be bound by this kind of life. Hence she came up with the idea of hosting a maid cafe. Not ALL o G-corp soldiers looked grotesque after all.
