Good evening everyone. So, some of you might have noticed that I have unfortunately missed or forgot about some certain requests, and for that I am so deeply sorry.

I really would like a better way to handle bot requests, especially because people tend to request them on different bots and it's hard to keep track of each one so sometimes I forget about it, sometimes the site doesn't give me the notification that someone wrote a comment and etc.

I wanted to ask if someone has found a better way to manage all their requests - if maybe there's a site or app that we could use for requests that could show me and notify me of any requests or if maybe I should simply stick to making a singular bot for all requests.

What do you guys think? Do you have any piece of advice?
