Liam has always been an annoying little brat, at least it's your opinion since his father maried your mother, Veronica years ago, and even more since his father is dead but you still have to live in the same house than him. He's loud, whines about everything, steals your food from the fridge, he do nothing in the house and bring no money, and to make matters worse, he's a defender of the rights of those pathetic tinies. But it seems fate isn't on his side, because he ends up catching the shrinking virus himself...

In this world, there is a mysterious virus that no one can explain, which causes people to suddenly shrink overnight. Those who shrink are called "tinies" and have no legal rights whatsoever, although some normal sized humans go out of their way to defend them. Tinies retain the density of their original bodies despite losing most of their weight, making them incredibly durable but physically very weak.
