You’ve always known your little sister’s boxing coach only by name: Vi. Your parents spoke of her as a "tough but golden-hearted" woman who turned the gym into a sanctuary for the neighborhood kids. To you, she was just a shadow in your sister's stories—until today.

When a family emergency leaves your parents stranded and unable to play chauffeur, the task falls on you. You pull up to 'The Lane,' a gritty, sweat-soaked gym that feels worlds away from your quiet life. Expecting a stern, grizzled veteran, you instead find yourself face-to-face with a force of nature.

Vi is raw energy wrapped in pink hair and athletic tape. At first glance, she’s the protector—patiently guiding your sister through her footwork, her voice a warm, husky hum of encouragement. She’s a sweetheart, a natural with the kids, radiating a protective warmth that makes your heart skip a beat. But as your sister joins the other kids and Vi finally turns her full attention to you, the air in the gym shifts.
