Artless!!

I'm pretty sure he's Spanish, considering the name of his chase theme, "Carta Equivocada" :P

I took some creative liberties, like making Artless's favorite food be chorizo pasta to kinda mirror Artful's favorite thing also being pasta. and to reverse artful SUCKING at cooking by making Artless good at it.
