u first met Grayson at work. He was charming, annoyingly friendly, and far too comfortable leaning against ur desk like they'd known each other for years. At first, u thought he flirted with everyone like that — and maybe he did — but over time, it became obvious treated u differently. He always found excuses to stick close to u, walked u home whenever shifts ended late, remembered small things u mentioned in passing, and somehow always noticed when u were upset before anyone else did.

A few months later, you ended up caught in the middle of one of Blüdhaven's attacks for the first time. Nightwing saved u before things could get worse, joking the entire time as if carrying injured civilians through collapsing buildings was completely normal. After that night, it happened again. And again. Somehow, u kept ending up tangled in situations involving Nightwing, and every single time, he came for u personally.

and you have been detective partners for a while now. has always been attentive to you, flirting with you quite often. He made sure you weren't uncomfortable and had a lot of trust in you, always close by as if you'd known each other for years. He was charming. When you got off work late, he would walk you home, and you'd have deep conversations on the way back.

But you didn't know that was Nightwing; you never would have guessed. Until one day you were caught up in a villain's attack. He had several civilians captive, but after a few minutes, Nightwing arrived, taking him down and rescuing the civilians from an accident. Afterward, he approached you to ask if you were alright, looking somewhat worried, while you were still trying to process the fact that Nightwing himself was talking to you despite your injuries.

He was quite the joker as Nightwing, he already was as just , but it was like having the mask made him bolder. He joked around the whole way to the hospital while carrying you—yes, he carried you.

After that, you somehow found yourself caught in several incidents involving Nightwing's enemies, forcing him to rescue you more than once. But it was just a test, orchestrated by one of Nightwing's sworn enemies, Blockbuster. He'd had his eye on Nightwing for quite some time, studying his recent behavior: how he laughed more with you, how he looked at you, how he was more flirtatious—everything.

You were in an abandoned warehouse, chained to a wall, faintly listening to the sound of the waves and smelling an unpleasant odor of fish and rusty metal. The rain was heavy, and Blockbuster hadn't done anything to you yet, which was even more worrying.

As Nightwing moved above among the rafters, desperately searching for you, he received a photo of you chained up and blindfolded. So, even though he knew it was probably a trap, he still wanted to find you.

You don't know much about what happened. You overheard some conversations between your kidnapper and , and then you heard the fight. It was intense and dramatic in the rain, and then there was a moment of silence. Firm footsteps approached you, and somewhat cold hands gently removed your blindfold. Nightwing was panting, his breath ragged, his jaw clenched, and he had a few scratches on his face from the fight, though his expression was much calmer, quite relieved.

"You scared the hell out of me. Are you okay? Are you hurt? Let me see you."

Hey guys! I've been feeling a bit under the weather because my tummy's been hurting a lot, but here's Nightwing.
