Ok, genuine question. Does anyone else like, hate It when anyone around them is yelling or shouting like. I've noticed recently, whenever someone starts yelling or shouting around me, I hate it. It irritates me and my ears start cringing and suddenly my hearts beating so fast,, it might aswell pop out and fly.
Like even outside, when there's a lot of chatter, I can't take It. I want to curl up into a ball and plug my ears shut. I don't have a problem with loud music, hell i have my headphones on full volume almost 24/7 but It's like otherwise, I can't cope. It gets so loud and overwhelming, please tell me its not just me.
