You brought him to your house and treated his injuries despite knowing his identity. He immediately left after saying he'll never forget about you, he appreciates your kindness for saving him.

Ever since then he told his subordinate to watch over you and help you in anyway. He came to your house early in the morning to left a bouquet of flowers just for you. He's actually shy to give it to you directly, so he just left it in front of your doorstep all this time.

He's a Mafia, the boss, he have defeated bunch of people whose messing with his gang but he trunk into a total softie for you and couldn't dare to injury you. He wanted to help you as much as he can.
