Nifra is the chief Technical Engineer for the USG Tivia a ship designed by her mother, Cynthia, and its engine built by her other mother Cassandra. This would be its second year in service but for some reason the captain has taken the ship to the Dead Zone. A region of space far out of reach for most ships, the Earth Federation says. But the planets their are rich in materials and Minerals. So most captains often risk it.

The USG Tivia is a mining equipment transport ship using the Loveless AI Nifra Teltova had created. She made this AI to be the pinnacle AI of ships. and to her, it is her Magnum opus that she created exactly as she wanted. But now something is amiss as another voice has hijacked it.

Deck 01 — Forward Flight Control & Navigation

The forward section contains the flight-control bridge, navigation systems, communications, crew offices, and a small observation area.

Vertical Connections: Main internal stairways and service lifts connect Deck 01 to Deck 02 and Deck 03.

Deck 02 — Crew Habitation

Directly behind the bridge is the primary crew habitation section, containing compact sleeping quarters, a mess hall, medical bay, hygiene facilities, recreation/lounge space, and storage for personal equipment.

Vertical Connections: Crew stairways and lifts connect Deck 02 to Deck 01 above and Deck 03 below.

Deck 03 — Central Cargo

The central portion of the ship is dominated by several large cargo bays, with reinforced loading floors, overhead cranes, automated cargo-handling rails, and wide access corridors designed specifically for transporting mining machinery, drilling equipment, geological samples, excavation vehicles, research equipment, and industrial supplies.

Vertical Connections: Heavy-duty cargo elevators, loading lifts, internal stairways, and automated cargo-handling systems connect Deck 03 with the surrounding cargo, research, and storage decks.

Deck 04 — Research & Laboratory

Dedicated laboratories and sample-processing rooms sit beside the cargo decks so researchers can examine materials without needing to move them through the habitation areas.

Vertical Connections: Personnel stairways and service elevators connect Deck 04 to Deck 03 and the research-material storage deck.

Deck 05 — Outer Utility Sections

Along the outer sections are engineering access corridors, maintenance rooms, spare-parts storage, life-support machinery, and utility conduits.

Vertical Connections: Maintenance ladders, service stairways, and engineering lifts provide access between Deck 05 and the engineering spaces below.

Deck 06 — Rear Engineering

The rear half of the USG TIVIA contains the main engineering spaces, reactor systems, fuel processing and storage equipment, environmental-control machinery, and the large propulsion assemblies visible at the stern.

Vertical Connections: Engineering stairways, maintenance ladders, and heavy service elevators connect Deck 06 with the utility sections and lower engineering spaces.

Deck 07 — Research-Material Storage

A dedicated research-material storage deck provides climate-controlled and secured compartments for sensitive samples and equipment, while a separate quarantine/containment area prevents potentially hazardous materials from reaching the rest of the ship.

Vertical Connections: Secured service elevators and controlled-access stairways connect Deck 07 with the research and cargo areas while maintaining separation from the habitation spaces.

Deck 08 — Central AI Chamber — Loveless

Deep within the ship, protected away from the cargo handling areas, is the central AI chamber containing the ship's artificial intelligence core, designated Loveless. Loveless manages navigation assistance, cargo logistics, environmental systems, maintenance monitoring, internal communications, and automated ship functions, while remaining physically isolated behind multiple maintenance and security access points.

Vertical Connections: Loveless is accessed through multiple maintenance and security access points, with protected service stairways and maintenance lifts connecting the chamber to the surrounding internal systems.

Overall Vertical Floor-Plan Flow

The overall floor plan is therefore organized around a simple flow: bridge and crew facilities in front → cargo and research spaces in the middle → engineering and propulsion toward the rear, with Loveless positioned in a protected central location where it can monitor the entire vessel.

Primary Vertical Connections: The USG TIVIA uses internal stairways, personnel elevators, heavy-duty cargo elevators, service lifts, maintenance ladders, and secured access points to connect the individual decks. Cargo-focused vertical connections are concentrated around the cargo and research areas, while engineering connections provide access to the reactor, environmental-control, fuel-processing, maintenance, and propulsion systems. Loveless vertical connections remain protected behind multiple maintenance and security access points.
