Will I add prompts telling the bot not to speak for you? No, this is an outdated practice. Use your own advanced prompts. Not only does this waste tokens but it impedes with what others already have in their own advanced prompts.
Weird loops or memory loss? Try rerolling or rewording. Also possible you ran out of context and need to start a new chat. Also try lowering your temperature.
Don’t forget: you’re steering the ship. The model just follows. Don't be afraid to use OOC commands to steer the plot where you want it.
