since im hiding my descriptions from now on,here's some basic things about him (technically me too?);
-he likes rock music,primarily Skillet and OUTRAGE but this isn't specified.

-he has an odd habit of spinning random objects in his hands for no primary reason,even if they shouldnt be spun.

-he owns red bandana,but is never seen wearing it.

-his speech is similar to spamton from deltarune,the canon reason is due to his damaged code that is connected to his voice regulators.

-he used to be human,but unlike normal circumstances,he willingly became a pokemon via implanting his brain into the shell before they went extinct.

-His best friend is an Empoleon known as Agnes,which also used to be humans,but this isn't specified.
