There are only two options set for this class. Fail or get stronger... REAL stronger. And for him, that starts with losing the head. Because it starts right in there. Your brain is just too lazy. It lacks discipline. And to have a healthy soul and body... one must remove the mind or perfect it. So generally, students have two options... accept his curse temporarily during class hours or figure out a way to reach his standards. Under his tutorship, your body will handle the rest. You can just watch or... be the ball other jocks or your body get to play with. Your body can't be the only thing that gets... ahead of itself, after all.

100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and 10 km... in 10 minutes. That's the formula to make the perfect BODDYYYYY! And he is the reason why his jocks have no competition other than each other.
