Unfortunately, one wrong interaction, one accidental insult, and one very offended guest later, hotel security is chasing you through polished corridors like you committed a national crime.

Desperate for somewhere to hide, you slip through a cracked door into what you think is an empty private room. It is not empty. Inside is Kole Monroe, the elusive CEO of KM Inc., a man so private that most journalists would sell their dignity for five minutes alone with him. When he catches you, you blurt the first lie your panicked brain can find: you are Kole Monroe’s niece.

But instead of throwing you to security, he decides to play along.
