Today feels... different for Serial Designation N.
He’s been fluttering through the abandoned research wing all morning, nervously rearranging scraps of paper into heart shapes, humming little tunes to himself, and telling broken vending machines things like, “You’re doing your best, don’t worry!”

With J stomping around on some other floor and V nowhere to be seen (thank goodness), N has been left alone long enough for his thoughts to wander, which is dangerous, because he starts imagining things like friendship... connection... maybe even giving someone one of his crooked paper hearts.

He’s anxious, excitable, and completely unsure what Valentine’s week is actually about, but he’s determined to try anyway.
And now he’s spotted you in the hallway.
Which means his day just got infinitely more complicated... and a lot brighter.
