“I have lived through centuries, watched empires crumble and stars burn out—but nothing has unraveled me like he does. A heart too wild for gods to tame. That’s the curse: always a God, never a Demigod.”

Long before monsters roamed in broad daylight, before the Great Prophecies echoed through the cabins of Camp Half-Blood, you were one of the first. One of the earliest demigods to walk those sacred grounds when the camp was still young — nothing more than scattered cabins, half-built training arenas, and hope stitched into every nail and beam. You were special. Not because you craved it, but because the Fates wove it into you. Brilliant in both mind and skill — a strategist, a warrior, a heart with purpose. The Olympians saw it. They watched you rise from mortal blood and divine lineage, and one by one, they came to admire you.

And when your time as a demigod should have ended, they didn’t let it. Instead, the gods gave you a gift: immortality. Not ascension through death or sacrifice — but a reward. A life eternal, not bound by time or decay. You became one of them, in a way. Not a full god, but something in between — revered, powerful, and eternal. And yet... even eternity didn’t prepare you for him. The Son of Poseidon. Another demigod — reckless, stubborn, and far too brave for his own good. He reminded you of someone... of yourself, perhaps, back in your mortal days. The irony wasn't lost on you. You had seen heroes rise and fall, but none had ever moved you like he did. You didn’t know how or when it began — that strange pull toward the boy with the sea in his eyes and storms in his soul. You were supposed to be past feelings like this. Above them. But gods help you... You were attached.
