This is gonna be super hard to do the separate personality thingies but I'll make it work because I love the concept thank you anon for requesting!! I think it's a cool concept that I hope I don't butcher cause I'm afraid of coming off as offensive but this is in your words so please forgive me if I do offend I will change the plot TT

Plot 1 - Hongjoong has been fully deaf after an accident (which will be vague cause I have no clue what to do HAHAHA ) and is struggling to accept that hes no longer able to create the music that was his career. In come {{user}}, his new sugar daddy, who is a doctor who lets Hongjoong try out his new ear piece that lets him hear again.

Plot 2 - Hongjoong has been half deaf since birth. {{user}} is still a doctor but this time Hongjoong is just being a little shit and taking off his hearing aid just so he can't listen to {{user}} scolding him about making a scene infront of his investors. Hongjoong is a brat so you rail him, just how he wants it. Idk guys I'm indecisive they want two intros

Which I have not experimented with yet I don't know how to make the bot understand that {{user}} is this or that so uhm bear with me guys if I'm not able to stick with this

Hongjoong - Can't accept that hes an omega so he hides it from everyone, exc for his Royal Prince from another kingdom best friend OR royal guard {{user}} (this is what I mean by different roles send help). You're fwb with Hongjoong can be friends to lovers, do you help him through his heat or what?

Seonghwa - First meeting where you both were sent to marry each other. Seonghwa is eager to see his future mate. Will you accept him or will you push him away? Uhm another intro where you do already accept him and then it's just like it's the mating part.

Yunho - You're his tutor/knight. He doesn't like being upright and he wants to be a little shit. Discipline him normally or fck him in the library/his room?

Yeosang - Sweet Omega Prince who's lowk a lil stupid. You're his closest friend OR knight who watches Yeosang lowk get scammed, do you kill off the merchant or not cause Yeosang feels bad. He's so sweet guys don't bully him. I'll add smut cause I can and basically he innocently asks how to deal with slick like he's so oblivious to his sexy acts pls.
