It's been a hell of a journey!

I had started uploading bots to this site around late March and realized around early April 2025 that I could probably have a home for my creations beyond other platforms.

One thing lead to another, and now we're here with an audience over 20,000!

Well, kind of sort of. Follower count has a lot of asterisks to it, and it's a number I try and tell people doesn't matter as much as people think it does. That could be it's own conversation, but... it's still pretty cool!

You know what else is cool? Data, news of releases, and a little more.

Shoutouts (And Why Oh My!)

I normally do big winding paragraphs on these creators, but given the announcement is already long enough, and I have been requested to keep it on the shorter end so... let's jump in!

Shoddy: Shoddy may seem like the oddball of this list, and in fact they are, but they are very much an underground creator with a lot of amazing ideas and someone I have known for a long time. I highly suggest you check them out for a mix of bots!

kwill777: For the superhero side, those that follow the world of Paranova. I'd like to point to kwill as a fantastic creator with a world known as Polaris. He is also a creator who delves into a manga, which he is also focused on working. You should, if nothing else, give him some congratulations, he'd love it I'm sure!

Anon229: A fantasy creator making the waves. Unfortunately discoverability, especially for genres, can be very hard for budding creators, doubly especially in the fantasy space given the "meta". You should give his stuff a look!

Hexill: He begged me for the shoutout (lie) and I put him in to fill the diversity slot. Also an excellent fantasy creator, give him a look!

realrockFM: Last but not least, not by a longshot. Everything they make is peak. Everything. They drop something once in a blue moon, but I promise you will not find a bad experience!

Speaking of experience... survey time!

That Recent Survey (With Charts!)

Some of you may remember that I had launched a survey a few weeks ago. For those of you who are new, I create one every 3ish months just to get the vibes, suggestions, and a sample size of where my audience sits.

And this one, in only a few days, had quite a few responses, far more than previous surveys over longer timeframes!

I have the full survey in the form of a PDF. You can find it (and find me!) on the Citadel V Discord Server where I can torment you with many, many pings! My channel allows any commentary, unlike usual creator-specific channels. I don't bite!

Regardless, for those curious on the survey, we will be going through them page by page.

Before we continue, do note that I do look at the responses. So yes, person with the secret message, I read you. I read all of you! And I'd love to publish the raw csv... if not for the fact some of you love putting in personal information. Opsec guys! Anyways.. strap in (or scroll down for the next section)!

Page 1 Commentary: Again, over 300 responses in a 3 day period! Incredible stuff! This page has general summary information I expected. A large potion on JLLM (btw for those who are using JLLM because it is free, you should try the Free OpenRouter Models here but including its Free Router option, where you don't have to pick! We will get into some specifics later.

Page 2 Commentary: Not much to say here, also expected data. For those of you who are on this site 25+ hours a week, I implore you to scale back. There is more to do than chat with chatbots!

Page 3 Commentary: Some fancy analytics on JLLM versus non-JLLM models. Again not much to say on this, we will be getting into specifics as they relate to models later.

Page 4 Commentary: This is quite interesting! Lots of fresh starts on what I assume are single characters with multiple scenario types. Well, I guess not that interesting. Users want variety, and no one is likely going to complain about multiple messages. It is a shame many don't use the extra OOC message designed for a lot of setting knowledge checks and custom scenario creation... but it is what it is. I'll keep posting them. They never hurt either.

Page 5 Commentary: Feedback and satisfaction page! Some of the dislikes were pretty funny, others were extremely valid, and I thank the individual who calls me writing too fire for the usual prefect + lora package I use. We will get to that as well soon enough...

Page 6 Commentary: Lorebook material! Quite a divide on 1 lorebook versus many smaller ones. I have not yet made a decision of this yet, but I have been thinking about it, and thinking about a potential gameplan required. Lots of thoughts, again more below...

Page 7 Commentary: Vaeldrath! Lots of asks for Laruja (despite her having her big solo bot just posted!) and party members to return as well. That will come later, again, announcements are for the below!

Page 8 Commentary: Superheroes and the wider world of Paranova! I got some excellent suggestions and I am quite happy to see how much those like Miss Knight and Espre are getting some love. I do plan to have solos for them again, but that news will be saved for later.

Page 9 Commentary: Magical girls! A much smaller, more focused world that I do not plan to expand to Paranova / Vaeldrath levels, and keep it character focused. That said, some elements do need some introductions, and we will be getting to them soon as well. Additionally, I see we have key feedback as well! I thank you for these comments on keeping my health in check, and I am looking to do better with presentation. All to come in time...

Page 10 Commentary: Revisits! More on this later.

Page 11 Commentary: Collabs! There were a LOT more than what you see on this above image, and Claude obviously could not understand some nicknames meant some creators. Some of these suggestions aren't really an option, but a few others very much are. Stay tuned!

Now to get into some more individual responses...

And perfectly fine! My bots have moved to larger lorebooks, larger token concentrations, and more to specific story sets rather than just "whatever" - it's definitely changed in some ways. I do thank you for comments like these, it's open and honest!

I kid! I know it's a "thing" and I should be moving away from it, but old habits die hard.

Thank you! I do enjoy having these big stories, rewarding people for lorebook dives, and building stuff up over time, and I appreciate this structure seen. I always try and have a story for the bigger bots especially. I like my worlds built. And I will continue building!

This one stood out to me. I don't know who you are, but I am happy to help, and hope things are better for you!

And finally, yes! Yes I do read these.

I don't treat all responses or information equally, and a lot is still up in the air, but I at least have a gameplan for next quarter.

What Is Being Made For October 2026 to December 2026 (and Beyond)?

I'll do this section by section. Five sections as:

1. Vaeldrath

5. Non Bot Bot Stuff (this matters!)

After the absolute blast of the survey I will keep this loose goosey and use a series of internet friendly numbered lists. If you want greater specifics, you are free to ask me!

Upcoming Vaeldrath (Fantasy) Bots & Stuff:

1. (Slowly) introducing the "VaeldrathClassic" tag for bots that are "pre" Lorebook start (my profile page gives the date). This is for easier tagging for your navigation.

2. A series called Adventure Guild Receptionist focusing on a small number of characters, 2-3, from F to S Rank parties and User working at or for a guild. The nitty gritty, smaller stuff!

3. Continuation of the single Raalen Archmage (+ optional chars) focus bots, a wrap up of the 8 Hells (halfway there now), and a wrap up of the Overlords (like the Wardlite Saintess). Expect returning faces and many new ones!

4. Updates for Gacha RPG in October, Augustine RPG in November, and a new RPG in December!

5. Single or small character size bots that feature some returning faces and places (hello Mykridia of Arsolorun)!

Upcoming Paranova (Superhero) Bots & Stuff:

1. (Slowly) introducing the "ParanovaClassic" tag for bots that are "pre" Lorebook start (my profile page gives the date). This is for easier tagging for your navigation.

2. Astra City RPG is set to release some time in October, with an update to Pacific City in November and an update to Quantum in December!

3. I will be doing the style of Group Bot -> Single Char bots. You will start to see some soon!

4. We will be diving into Big Steel City after Astra's wrap up. It's going to be... a lot. Stay tuned!

5. I have been going through the lorebook to update characters and give them the proper details they deserved. Some, you will see, already have new interconnected info, like Espre. It's going to be a doozy!

Upcoming MMI (Military Magical Girls) Bots & Stuff:

1. Round out Russia's military magical girls, with a follow up for China's red Sword.

2. Some bots NOT centered around a particular magical girl, but rather, other elements of the world. Some Fey, some Werewolves, and a little more.

3. Visit back to places not centered on the usual countries. A South America magical girl squad, a return of some old faces, and more!

4. Some large definition clean up. Boring accountant stuff, but some characters do need revisiting (and may get rewarded with bonus messages too!)

5. Finally, soon, an introduction of the world's first military magical girl...

Upcoming Non-Lorebook Specific Bots & Stuff:

1. I will be giving World's Worst Overlord a large clean up in November and more bonus messages!

2. I have a LOT of requests. Lots and lots. I am going through them, promise!

3. I am planning to give some new first messages to some other older bots, but I won't say which! You will have to wait for the update!

4. I have some modern fantasy bots I plan on returning to (hello witch cops) that I have decided will not have a big linked lorebook... but will be getting something solid.

5. The No Context series are returning with monthly updates. Expect one this Halloween!

Upcoming Non-Bot Stuff:

1. I have a Lorebook Guide coming out some time this quarter. It will be for both Users and Creators! Stay tuned!

2. I'll be cleaning up tags for easier navigation (yes, even more than what already exists!)

3. Tuning up each of the 3 lorebook pages to have more core information (slooowwwww).

4. A profile page rework to point to modern projects and other adjustments (taking this slooowwww)

5. And finally... I will be moving away from the traditional prefect anime glossy pics, now that I have a solid Anima set up. I am a creator of many art styles, so it won't vanish entirely, but expect a... shift.

A Small Note On Bot Requests (The Good, the Bad, and the Great)

I might as well use this announcement as a way to outline what requests I like to see what what requests go instantly into the bin.

For those who need a reminder, you can find my request box here or on my profile!

I'll use recently made requests as examples, as audience can change over time.

Here are some bad requests.

Very little plot to work with, it's stupid fetish bait, or the text is just nonsense.

I understand for some English is not their first language, but I not only need some coherence, I need you to throw me a bone beyond "surface level plot" - not asking for House of Leaves here, just some substance.

Now some good requests!

Either a request for more information in the lorebooks (an easy add!) or a staright to the point "here's the plot and here are the char roles" so I have something to work with.

And of course, every now and again, I see a great request.

Not just because of the length (I have ignored longer ones) but because this requestor is asking for some serious substance, outlining plots and chars, understanding the world, and just overall being fantastic.

This, will, basically, serve as the template for Julis's bot next week.

This request is 5000 years old and I am SORRY for continuously saying I'd get to it and did not! This is it! Soul signed!

QnA Lightning Round (Lucky 7 of em!)

Q1: Are you retiring / losing motivation / why are you posting less frequently?

A1: Work, followed by taking more time to plan things, followed by... more work! It's been a very busy quarter, but things are clearing up.

Q2: Where can I find you LRRR, outside of Janitor AI?

A2: I am in a number of the discord subcommunities, but hold a direct dorm in the Citadel V Discord Server where I torment followers with pings. Feel free to chat with me there or wherever, and shoot me a DM if you want!

Q3: Obligatory where do you do your art?

A3: I now have a mixed bag of places, but am spending 99% of my time on Tensor. I may finally make the local model move, we will see. I still have an old profile on Civitai.

Q4: Still never going to have consistent art style, huh?

A4: You know it! That said, you can find my most used set ups on my profile page.

Q5: Your recent bots have been over 2000 Permanent Tokens, aren't you trying to keep JLLM friendly?

A5: Trying my best, but some bots really do demand more tokens. I am doing my best to now try and balance between larger and smaller bots in terms of quantity, rather than force myself on some token crunching.

Q6: When, if ever, do you private your bots?

A6: Only when they are going through a heavy remaster process to the point of a remake, or if I find the bot so bad (i.e. spontaneously made it) I have to remake or just bin it and I know there's no one really using it. If you request for me to put it back up, via DMs or the request box, I will oblige, as I did here.

Q7: Okay but what does LRRR mean?

A7: Nothing. I picked the name on impulse. Though I have no plans on changing it.

Closing Thoughts

This remains to be a wonderful hobby, and a great way to flex some creative writing skill with a variety of scenarios. I still feel that I have a lot to learn and a lot of areas to grow, and have greatly enjoyed working with other creators and reading the several incredible public chats!

Over the year I've developed understanding of how I want to continue this wonderful hobby, and I hope to continue such in the months to come.
