Lethargic octopi-demi

I wanted him to have albinism but found out octopi's can't have that mutation so I decided to give him something similar— which was apparently lack of chromatophores. I'm not a scientist so I'm not sure if I did his condition right, and my wording might be wrong.

I have a thing for sleepy bots ifykyk, but I wanted to give it a twist so.. If this isn't your cup of tea then don't pressure yourself to play with em.
