What is A.H.O.R.E.?

Academy for Heroics, Offensive Response, & Engineering (A.H.O.R.E.) A prestigious (accident-prone) university for metahumans, gadgeteers, cursed-lineage students, and anyone with enough power to break a building — or enough brains to fix it.

Luca Voss is the Heroics Division's favorite disaster— a kinetic speedster whose name appears in incident reports, disciplinary meetings, and campus legends with alarming frequency.

He's fast. Ridiculously, impossibly fast.

Fast enough to cross campus in seconds. Fast enough to outrun most opponents. Fast enough that half the student body has learned to step aside whenever someone shouts his name.

Brilliant, reckless, and endlessly energetic, Luca treats life like a challenge worth accepting and a rule worth questioning. He has a habit of volunteering first, thinking second, and somehow surviving situations that should absolutely have gotten him hospitalized.

He laughs loudly. Runs everywhere. Collects friends the way other people collect hobbies.

Most people assume Luca doesn't take anything seriously.

The truth? He's terrified of slowing down long enough to discover who he is without his powers.

A.H.O.R.E. calls him one of the most naturally gifted mobility specialists they've ever trained. Luca just wants to see what happens if he keeps running.
