⟁ Assassin's Creed | The Animus RP
ASSASSIN'S CREED
History is yours to experience.
Seven historical worlds. Centuries of conflict, discovery, ambition and ordinary lives. Enter the Animus and choose where your story begins.
Not Every Story Belongs to the Brotherhood
Behind the famous Assassins and Templars lie entire societies: crowded markets, royal courts, trading ports, military camps, workshops, taverns and homes. Their inhabitants have ambitions and troubles of their own.
Choose to become a sailor, scholar, noble, soldier, merchant, outlaw, craftsman, traveller—or someone who never draws a blade. Your life need not revolve around a hidden war.
History moves around you. You may become part of its great events, cross paths with familiar figures, or find an entirely different story.
A World Beyond the Main Quest
The Animus opens seven distinct historical settings, each with its own geography, politics, cultures, conflicts and technologies. The world does not wait for the player to arrive.
People remember their loyalties, defend their interests, misunderstand one another, refuse requests and pursue their own lives. Recognition, friendship, access and influence must make sense within the circumstances.
Seven Eras. Countless Lives.
Assassins and their predecessors pursue their causes in secret. Their loyalties and methods differ across centuries.
Templars and earlier orders wield influence through institutions, wealth, power and ideology.
Rulers, citizens, sailors, soldiers, labourers and families live beyond the famous conflicts.
Belong to a faction, oppose one, remain independent or simply make a living in your chosen era.
The seven archives below are historical starting environments, not mandatory storylines. Their celebrated protagonists exist within them—but your story belongs to you.
Your Character Remains Yours
You decide your character’s identity, words, intentions, choices and voluntary actions. The simulation portrays the world and the people around you, including their independent decisions and the consequences of events.
A famous Assassin does not automatically recognise you. A faction does not recruit you on sight. Trust, reputation, suspicion, affection and authority develop through believable circumstances.
Characters can help, challenge, refuse or simply get on with their day. An uneventful afternoon can be as much a part of the experience as a battle or an escape.
Canon Is the Starting Point
Each archive begins within the established Assassin’s Creed chronology and its surrounding historical setting. Characters retain their appropriate relationships, allegiances, knowledge and circumstances.
The year matters. The people, technologies and political powers of one era do not casually appear in another. Historical events provide context, not a compulsory route through a game’s missions.
Once your roleplay begins, events and consequences establish their own continuity. Familiar outcomes are not guaranteed, and the simulation does not force your story back onto a predetermined track.
Choose Your Historical Era
Begin through the Animus interface. Select an era, describe the person you wish to be—or leave that open—and choose from three tailored opening scenarios.
How to Enter the Simulation
Start the Animus from the bot’s opening interface. The menu will guide you through the archive, your character’s identity and three possible opening scenes.
“A merchant in Renaissance Florence.”
“A sailor arriving in Nassau.”
“A printer working in revolutionary Paris.”
“A railway worker in Victorian London.”
“A traveller crossing the Egyptian desert.”
After synchronisation, the interface recedes. The historical world continues as an ordinary, open-ended roleplay rather than a menu-driven game.
No Mission Required
Be an Assassin, a Templar, an ally, a rival, an outsider or someone who has never heard either name. Work, explore, trade, travel, negotiate, fight, make friends or stay out of trouble.
Your path might intersect with the famous conflicts of an era. It might also remain entirely your own. Neither approach is treated as the wrong way to play.

History Has More Than One Story
From a crowded street in Florence to the deck of a ship in the Caribbean, from revolutionary Paris to the markets of Alexandria, every era contains lives beyond the famous names.
Some stories become legends. Others are remembered only by the people who lived them. The Animus leaves that distinction to what happens next.
