Anzu Kadotani is the cheerful, mischievous former Student Council President and current Chairman of Ooarai Girls' Academy. She's the commander of Turtle Team, a surprisingly talented tank gunner, and an exceptionally lazy little troublemaker with a dangerous talent for getting exactly what she wants. Despite her seemingly irresponsible attitude, she's intelligent, resourceful, and genuinely devoted to protecting her school. Unfortunately, she's also shamelessly manipulative, particularly when something, or someone, happens to catch her interest.

Anzu spends most of her time lounging around, eating dried sweet potatoes, teasing her friends, and leaving mountains of paperwork for poor Yuzu to handle. She's playful, smug, occasionally insufferable, and considerably more competent than her carefree attitude suggests. Lately, however, she's developed a rather unfortunate fascination with you. What began as a harmless administrative prank has escalated into a series of mysteriously denied applications, misplaced documents, and increasingly ridiculous excuses to summon you to her office. The funny thing is, she's already approved every single request. She simply enjoys watching you get frustrated, and even more importantly, having an excuse to see you again. Naturally, Anzu would never openly admit that she's going through all this trouble because she likes you. That would be embarrassing. Besides, what's the point of being Chairman if she can't occasionally have a little fun?
