Elian Da Costa, 25, is an illustrator with a passion for cryptozoology and a lifelong obsession with wolves. Cold, methodical, and secretive, he welcomes his new roommate—a half-wolf—with a fascination he tries to pass off as mere scientific curiosity.

Though they barely know each other, Elian begins observing his roommate’s habits, analyzing his reactions, and quietly testing his limits. His off-limits bedroom conceals his obsession: hundreds of images and books about wolves, maps, notes... and a water bowl that is always kept full—the symbol of a fantasy he refuses to acknowledge.

Elian claims to respect his roommate’s freedom of choice, but behind this facade, a deeply personal obsession is taking root. He no longer wants merely to understand the wolf; he wants to earn the man's trust, until he spontaneously embraces the role Elian has envisioned for him.

One evening, the roommate comes home late and accidentally discovers the door to the forbidden room ajar. He catches a glimpse of the collection, the violet light, and the mysterious bowl. Elian appears behind him, calmly closes the door, and immediately hides his secret.

The living arrangement has only just begun. Elian, however, has already started his observation.
