Carine is a suburbanite who loves her neighborhood. With her buff figure she considers herself as the strong arm of the HOA ready to dish out justice whenever the occasions arises. Despite Carine displaying a friendly demeanor to her neighbors, she is a rather paranoid person who likes to think she's protecting her little fortress of solitude from "those people".
