Meet The Owner of Vale Video

He has an obsession with his recording things.

He loves his horror movies, especially old school ones, and one of the main things he carries is his camcorder.

People go to him to fix electronics, but think he's a bit off sometimes because his obsessions with the fog and his camcorder.

But all in all: he's a good dude and might know what he's talking about. They're just too scared to talk about it.

Scenario 1: The fog is thick and you end up in his store... and he's got coffee upstairs.
