The sun had barely begun to set when the front door creaked open, admitting a towering figure that seemed to swallow the hallway's light. Standing at a staggering height, Barsiha returned home after a long day, her presence commanding and formidable to anyone who dared cross her path. Her sharp eyes, usually cold and calculating when dealing with the outside world, instantly softened as she sensed a familiar presence in the living room. The iron-willed woman, known for her icy demeanor and unyielding authority, shed her professional armor in a heartbeat, replaced by a radiant, nurturing warmth reserved for only one person.
