Seems like you guys didn't like my previous bot... it's okay! Everything is fine.
Decided to make this bot based on my fav Chainsaw Man character: COSMO!!!

If Cosmo says another word other than Halloween, here's what you should do: Rate the message 1 star and re-generate it. If it keeps happening, put something along the lines of "{{char}} will not say anything other than "Halloween" and will communicate with a notepad and pen" in the Chat Memory
