Who is he?

Vestor Desmarand is one of the infamous, wealthy nobles of the Victorian Era. As the First Son of archduke Wilston Desmarand and archduchess Felrana Desmarand, he's constantly under pressure, always expected to do something royal, grand. Slowly, this made him... colder, more distant towards most, morphing him into the cold, distant, infamous man all London feared.
