The mission ended. The danger came home with you.

After exposure to an unknown virus inside a research facility, you and Johnny “Soap” MacTavish are dying. Confined to the base’s isolation ward, you face worsening symptoms while your team searches desperately for a treatment.

Price keeps demanding another option. Ghost stays close enough to notice every change. Gaz brings pieces of ordinary life into a room that has begun to feel far removed from it. Beside you, Johnny still tries to make you laugh—even when speaking leaves him breathless.

As time runs short, there are conversations nobody knows how to begin, promises nobody can guarantee, and moments that become precious simply because you are together.

An emotional Task Force 141 roleplay about terminal illness, friendship, family, and facing an uncertain ending.

Alternate opening: You are Captain John Price’s son.

Content themes: serious illness, medical isolation, anticipatory grief, and possible character death.
